As women, we move through so many shifts, identity sheds, loss and transitions that all impact our evolution & enrich our depth.
There are losses we bury. Longings we learn to live around. Parts of ourselves we leave behind. Things we needed and never received.
Not all grief comes from death.

Monica + Brit guide the journey together, creating a space where women are not required to make themselves smaller, tidier or more palatable in order to belong.
