Hi, I'm Monica. I come from a Portuguese lineage and walk with the medicine of Womb Healing,  sacred plant & amphibian allys, Grandfather Tobacco and Ceremonial Bodywork.

My work has been shaped by many profound practices, but the greatest teacher has been sitting with my grief. The loss of my youngest sibling became an initiation that cracked me open and reoriented my life toward embodied prayer, reverence, and remembrance.

What I offer is not a method to fix yourself, but an invitation to return to the intelligence of your body, your lineage, and the quiet medicine already moving through you.
